Evelyn is a Notary Public in the state of Florida.

As the Director of Finance & Operations, Dustin brings a unique combination of expertise in real estate, finance, and technology to KOR Capital Fund. Drawing from experience building and scaling teams, he works to create operational efficiencies that better serve KOR’s investors.

An experienced investor himself, Dustin became frustrated at the standard investment advice peddled by Wall Street after discovering the power of real estate and real assets. This quickly developed into a passion for bringing institutional-quality investment opportunities to Main Street investors.

Dustin earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, and spent more than a decade in consulting, finance, and tech. He held leadership roles in organizations ranging from Fortune 5 giants to small startups, and was instrumental in scaling a tech startup to $100M+ in revenue, ultimately culminating in a $3.2B acquisition.

In addition to his role at KOR Capital Fund, Dustin serves as the managing partner at Big Spring Capital. He and his wife live in the beautiful foothills of East Tennessee.
